Day 1: Haridwar – Barkot
Begin your spiritual journey from Haridwar and drive towards Barkot through the beautiful Himalayan foothills. Pass scenic valleys, forest-covered hills and mountain settlements along the route. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening relaxing and preparing for the Yamunotri pilgrimage. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
After an early breakfast, drive towards Janki Chatti, the starting point for the Yamunotri trek. Begin the trek to Yamunotri Temple on foot or use pony/palki services at your own cost. After darshan, spend some time around the sacred hot springs and temple surroundings. Trek back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 3: Barkot – Uttarkashi
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Uttarkashi. Enjoy a scenic drive through the mountain landscapes of Uttarakhand. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Later, visit the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple and explore the peaceful spiritual surroundings of Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
Start early for Gangotri, travelling through the spectacular Harsil Valley with views of the River Bhagirathi, pine forests and Himalayan peaks. On arrival, visit Gangotri Temple and offer prayers on the banks of the holy river. After darshan, return to Uttarkashi through the same scenic route. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Rishikesh
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Rishikesh. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and relax. Later, explore the Ganga riverfront and nearby spiritual attractions. In the evening, attend the beautiful Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat and experience the devotional atmosphere. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Day 6: Rishikesh – Haridwar
After breakfast, spend some time exploring Rishikesh before proceeding towards Haridwar. On arrival, visit Har Ki Pauri and other prominent temples depending on available time. In the evening, witness the sacred Ganga Aarti and enjoy the spiritual ambience along the ghats. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 7: Haridwar – Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your departure schedule, enjoy some free time for temple visits, shopping or a final visit to the banks of the River Ganga. Later, proceed towards your onward destination, completing the sacred Yamunotri Gangotri Yatra with divine blessings and memorable experiences.
