Day 1: Arrival in Agartala – Heritage Sightseeing
Arrive at Agartala Airport or Railway Station and transfer to your hotel. Begin the journey with a visit to Ujjayanta Palace, an impressive royal landmark that now showcases the history and cultural heritage of Northeast India. Later, explore selected city attractions and browse local markets for bamboo crafts, handloom products and souvenirs. Overnight stay in Agartala.
Day 2: Agartala – Sepahijala – Neermahal
After breakfast, travel towards Sepahijala Wildlife Sanctuary and spend time amid its green forest landscapes and diverse birdlife. Continue to Rudrasagar Lake to visit the beautiful Neermahal, a former royal palace built in the middle of the lake. Enjoy a boat journey to the palace when operational before returning to Agartala. Overnight stay in Agartala.
Day 3: Agartala – Udaipur – Pilak
Leave Agartala for Udaipur and visit the revered Tripura Sundari Temple, one of the state’s most important pilgrimage sites. Later, continue towards Pilak, known for archaeological remains and sculptures reflecting the region’s historic Hindu and Buddhist influences. Explore the area before proceeding to your accommodation. Overnight stay in Udaipur or nearby.
Day 4: Udaipur – Agartala
Enjoy a relaxed morning exploring Udaipur’s lakes and selected local attractions before driving back to Agartala. After checking in, spend the rest of the day discovering the city at your own pace. You can explore local markets, sample regional cuisine or shop for Tripura’s traditional bamboo, cane and handloom products. Overnight stay in Agartala.
Day 5: Agartala – Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Agartala Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. The tour comes to an end with memorable glimpses of Tripura’s royal architecture, archaeological heritage, sacred traditions, forests and serene lake landscapes.
