Day 1: Arrival in Khajuraho – Western Group of Temples
Arrive at Khajuraho Airport or Railway Station and transfer to your hotel. Later, explore the magnificent Western Group of Temples, including Kandariya Mahadeva, Lakshmana and Vishvanatha Temple. Admire the intricate sculptures and remarkable Chandela-era architecture. In the evening, you may attend the optional Light and Sound Show. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.
Day 2: Khajuraho – Eastern & Southern Temples
After breakfast, continue exploring Khajuraho with visits to the Eastern Group of Temples, featuring important Jain and Hindu monuments. Later, visit selected temples of the Southern Group, including Duladeo and Chaturbhuj. Spend the evening exploring local handicraft shops or enjoying the peaceful surroundings of this historic town. Day 3: Khajuraho – Panna National Park
Leave for Panna after breakfast and check in to your wildlife resort. Later, head into Panna National Park for a scheduled jungle safari. Explore its forest, grassland and river landscapes while looking for native wildlife and birdlife with an authorized guide. Return to the resort after the safari and enjoy a relaxed evening amid nature. Overnight stay near Panna National Park.
Day 4: Panna Wildlife Safari – Raneh Falls
Begin the morning with another optional wildlife safari for a different experience of Panna’s wilderness. After breakfast and some rest, proceed towards Raneh Falls, famous for its dramatic canyon, rocky formations and seasonal waterfalls. Spend time enjoying the natural scenery before returning to Khajuraho or your Panna resort, as per the tour arrangement. Overnight stay in Khajuraho/Panna.
Day 5: Khajuraho – Departure
Enjoy breakfast before checking out. Depending on your departure schedule, spend some free time shopping for local handicrafts or revisiting the temple surroundings.
