Day 1: Arrival in Gangtok – Leisure
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and proceed towards Gangtok. Enjoy the scenic drive through the foothills and winding mountain roads. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, explore MG Marg, enjoy local cafés and browse shops for souvenirs. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 2: Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir
After breakfast, head towards the beautiful Tsomgo Lake, surrounded by rugged Himalayan peaks. Continue to Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir and enjoy the high-altitude scenery along the route. An optional excursion to Nathula Pass can be arranged subject to permit availability, weather and operational conditions. Return to Gangtok by evening. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok Local Sightseeing
Spend the day exploring Gangtok’s cultural and scenic attractions. Visit Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Enchey Monastery and selected handicraft or cultural centres. Later, return to MG Marg for a relaxed evening of shopping and local cuisine. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 4: Gangtok – Lachung
After breakfast, begin your journey into North Sikkim towards Lachung. Travel through mountain valleys, waterfalls and picturesque settlements, with stops at scenic points depending on road conditions. On arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this Himalayan village. Overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 5: Yumthang Valley Excursion – Lachung
Start early for the spectacular Yumthang Valley, known for its river, mountain scenery and seasonal alpine flowers. Spend time exploring the valley and enjoying its pristine surroundings. An optional excursion towards Zero Point can be arranged depending on permits, weather and road accessibility. Return to Lachung in the afternoon. Overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 6: Lachung – Gangtok
After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey towards Gangtok. Enjoy the changing mountain scenery and stop at selected waterfalls or viewpoints along the route when conditions permit. Reach Gangtok by evening and check in to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 7: Gangtok – Pelling
After breakfast, leave Gangtok and travel towards Pelling in West Sikkim. The drive takes you through forested hills, valleys and traditional mountain settlements. On arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind. If the weather is clear, enjoy beautiful views of the Kanchenjunga range. Overnight stay in Pelling.
Day 8: Pelling Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore Pelling’s natural and cultural attractions. Visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Khecheopalri Lake and other popular sights depending on available time. Enjoy the waterfalls, forest landscapes and mountain viewpoints that surround the town. Spend the evening at leisure amid Pelling’s peaceful atmosphere. Overnight stay in Pelling.
Day 9: Pelling – Departure
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station for your onward journey. Your tour concludes with wonderful memories of Gangtok’s vibrant hill-town life, the spectacular landscapes of Lachung and Yumthang Valley, and Pelling’s serene Himalayan beauty.
