Day 1: Arrival in Gangtok – Leisure
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and drive towards Gangtok. Enjoy the scenic journey through hills and valleys before checking in to your hotel. Spend the evening exploring MG Marg, browsing local shops and enjoying the cafés and relaxed atmosphere of Sikkim’s capital. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 2: Gangtok – Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
After breakfast, proceed for a high-altitude excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Enjoy the spectacular Himalayan scenery and spend some time beside the glacial lake. Nathula Pass can be included as an optional excursion, subject to permit availability and operational conditions. Return to Gangtok by evening. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok – Lachung
After breakfast, leave for Lachung in North Sikkim. Travel through winding mountain roads, deep valleys and beautiful waterfalls, with sightseeing stops depending on road conditions and available time. Arrive in Lachung and check in to your hotel. Spend the evening enjoying the peaceful mountain surroundings. Overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 4: Yumthang Valley – Lachung
Start early for an excursion to the spectacular Yumthang Valley, known for its mountain scenery, river landscapes and seasonal flowers. Spend time exploring the valley and enjoying the fresh Himalayan surroundings. An optional visit towards Zero Point can be arranged subject to permits, road and weather conditions. Return to Lachung for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Lachung – Gangtok
After breakfast, begin the return journey to Gangtok. Enjoy scenic stops at waterfalls and viewpoints along the way, depending on local conditions. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Spend the evening at MG Marg for shopping, local food or a leisurely walk. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 6: Gangtok – Pelling
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Pelling in West Sikkim. The journey offers changing views of forests, valleys and mountain settlements. On arrival, check in and enjoy a relaxed evening. On a clear day, admire magnificent views of the Kanchenjunga range from the town. Overnight stay in Pelling.
Day 7: Pelling Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore the scenic and cultural highlights of Pelling. Visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Khecheopalri Lake and other prominent attractions depending on available time. Enjoy waterfalls, forested landscapes and Himalayan viewpoints while discovering the region’s Buddhist heritage. Return to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Pelling.
Day 8: Pelling – Departure
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station for your onward journey. The tour concludes with memorable experiences of Gangtok’s lively charm, North Sikkim’s spectacular Yumthang Valley and the peaceful mountain landscapes of Pelling.
